"Her smile was worth a million"
My little girl is nearly 7 and she's getting more and more doubtful about a lot of stuff, particularly those phony Santas.
The happiness on her face and the excitement as she recounted the experience over and over to family and friends was truly invaluable.
Kudos to you, this is an awesome product, the website is easy to navigate, and itâs a solid deal. Much appreciated!

"My 7-year-old daughter was thrilled. Pure magic."
My daughter, who's 7, was super eager to catch a glimpse of Santa. She began to doubt his existence :(. I sent a note on her Ipad to check out the Santa video before diving into the gifts. She was over the moon, realizing that Santa and the Elves are truly keeping an eye on her. It was a wonderful experience and so well done. Thanks a ton, Elfi... you truly made this Christmas enchanting for our family.

"Video and Phone Call from Santa"
I ordered a Santa video along with a phone call. Unfortunately, I just got the video. Ended up paying twice for a video đ. I've had no issues with this service for the last four years.

"Gave it 4 stars 'cause my nephews..."
Iâm only rating this a 4-star since my nephews really enjoyed it, but honestly, I found the whole thing pretty stressful. I couldnât get the video to compile, and to top it off, I never got the link for the finished video. My niece ended up handling it, and it worked on her first try. However, when we played the video, we didnât get the call, even though it was being played on a different phone than the one we provided for the call.

"Great for One Kid, Not Ideal for Larger Families"
Itâs tough to customize for four kids who are at such different stages. I ended up making three videosâtwo were the same and one was unique. My youngest, whoâs just 3.5, lost interest after a minute and wandered off. The girls, aged 3.5 and almost 5, did watch the video, but there wasnât much excitement. They smiled and seemed pleased to see their pictures, but didnât really say anything or ask questions. I was hoping for a bit more engagement. I doubt Iâll do this again next year.
